Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server is not the easiest assignment in the world. You will either have to use another server or your desktop computer, or, alternatively resort to a 3rd–party tool. Our company offers a far simpler way with our Managed Services offer. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your VPS each week, so you never have to be afraid of losing important data. Last but not least we can recover a backup really quickly. All backups we make are held on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with a practically endless set of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which permits you to ask any of our knowledgeable server administrators to install and configure any kind of software program and to fix any issue you may have with the Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an optional feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
